Changes in version 1.3:
- fixes some basic bugs in tab-delimited text xfer (had accidentally removed
an "unused" constant), e.g, CasioNam.tab example now works. also, blank
  lines now properly ignored.
- uses {labels: '_all,...} for ERASE and DUMP
- adds \ line continuation char to combine multiple tab-delimited and
hex ("binary") lines e.g., you now can transfer much larger data
entries (such as sound resources ~64,000 chars in length) with more
  terminal emulator programs
- adds No Sleep checkbox to prevent loss of data on long xfers
- shortens view by rearranging, eliminating some status info. view draggable
- more documentation. Slurpee now shareware
